UPDATE 2023: you would think after all this time since my original review that things would have gotten better . They just keep getting worse and worse. I don't know what is going on with the afternoon/evening crew but they are the slowest ever. The morning crew is not so bad but you will be waiting if you order anything other than a drink in the afternoon and evening . This is the last time I will come to a McDonald's. I keep thinking it will get better, but it never does. It doesn't matter if I order a cup of coffee for five meals! I'm always told to pull over here and wait. Doesn't matter if I've already waited 5 to 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. Doesn't matter that others are getting laid at the drive-thru window. But yeah, I have been told to pull over here and wait for a cup of coffee when there was no one else at the window! Not sure what the process is for deciding who and who does not get pulled over in late additional amount of time! The food was disappointing, earning only a 2 out of 5. The McChicken was the standout, but overall the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark. The service was also lacking, with a 2 rating; it felt rushed and unwelcoming. Lastly, the atmosphere of the place could use significant improvement, making it feel less inviting. Based on this visit, I can only tentatively recommend the McChicken if you're in the mood for a simple meal.
