Heat spare ribs and wedges with great decor. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Payment was straight forward and bathroom clean. We're very welcoming to my disabled mother.

Steak was good, although did take a while to come out could've done with more sauce. Happy hour drinks $6.50. All in all would visit again.

High marks for food, low marks for environs.  There 's only one area a wheelchair user can sit in, either of two skinny tables in the bar section.  It 's pretty much right under the speakers blaring pop music that the staff claim not to be allowed to turn down apparently 'ambience ' requires that I have to shout at my lunch companions .  Had we not arranged to meet someone there, we 'd have left over this.<br/ <br/ Friend 's lunch portion of fish and chips was cheap $13 and went down well.  Nice to get both white sauce and tomato sauce as standard.  I had the Stonegrill sirloin, which along with its sides was fantastic.  Asked to substitute the standard red wine jus for the blue cheese sauce they offer as an option on the steaks, and it was fantastic.  Loved the mushrooms, too.<br/ <br/ The ice cream selection sounded weird something about white chocolate and raspberry and ginger but tasted great.  One of the better desserts I 've had lately.<br/ <br/ Menu differed slightly from the one on Zomato no venison! , but the gist was the same.

An old favourite from our days as students in Christchurch. Last dined here any New Years Day and the restaurant part was surprisingly full. The food took awhile to come once we ordered but there were a couple of large tables who ordered before us. The food was good and the portions were generous, just as we remembered.

Very good food! My one complaint is that it's an example of those kinds of restaurants where you pay more for less. Fancier food for a steeper price. If you don't mind a bit more money for a nicer night out, this is the place for you
