We love this place! The staff are always so nice! We love the food! Hot and fresh! They have lumpia as well. They have Fountain drinks as well as can beverages available. The restaurant is small and busy, we got ours to go as usual. We will be back when we are in the area again.

They tried charging me extra for an item that stated on their menu that was included with the meal.....I'm sorry but I'm already paying 20+ dollars for my food and u wanna charge an extra 3 dollars for something that should've been included......if that's the case than it should state that on the menu...Service: 1/5

The food here is good price for the actual food is not bad but seriously charging $3.45 for a can of Pepsi and $6.15 for a small side of fries. I don't know if I'll be back but someone seriously has to look at this how do you expect to charge $3.45 for a Pepsi I can buy a six pack for that.

Terrible. We used to love this place, but after our dinner last night we will not be back. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered the mini Katsu chicken plate with fries added (a $1.25 up charge), and the regular Katsu chicken plate for delivery. Our delivery was fine, however upon opening our sealed bag, there were no sauces included (umm, the whole point of the meal). Having to now leave our home to go get the sauce (defeating the purpose of delivery), the staff in the store said they could offer 3 or 5 sauces to replace the zero we didn 't receive. No offer of another item, or drink to cover the inconvenience of their error. Honestly, they didn 't really care.The food itself was disgusting. The cuts of chicken were sloppy and many parts we had to eat around as there were very dark or stringy pieces in the chicken. The food was very dry, and didn 't taste fresh at all. The fries were undercooked, and there were not a lot of them considering they were replacing two sides for a $1.25 fee. It 's disappointing how disgusting this meal was for the price point paid. Everyone is understanding that inflation is causing the cost of food to rise, however, quality and customer service should not be decreasing while you are expecting your customers to pay more.I will never be back, and judging by the other reviews I 'm reading regarding this location, the owner/manager should probably start dialing in to improve things for the longevity of the business.
