Pho Hiet Grill - Chula Vista

The food is consistently good, and while the restaurant tends to be quite busy, they have a large staff to manage the flow. I noticed that some employees took their lunch break to assist with orders, and they definitely deserve a raise for their dedication. I really love the Pho!

The food is generally quite good here, but today I discovered a hair in my dish. Some of the noodles were hard and chewy. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired. We had to wait a considerable time before someone came to assist us. The girl ahead of me appeared very frustrated, so I can only imagine how long she had been waiting before I arrived.

On our way to Tijuana, Mexico, I was eager to try some authentic Asian cuisine and stumbled upon this excellent Vietnamese restaurant. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the grilled shrimp with egg rolls in a vermicelli bowl, while she had the stew-style Pho, which featured flavorful beef and tendon. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the service was friendly and courteous, earning them a generous tip. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Pho, grilled meats, or even some Vietnamese banh mi.

Good food and much of it. Appropriate prices too. So why 4 stars, they need help, some tables were not picked up. Great service.
