I was too preoccupied with hosting to take any good photos of the food, but I can say that the dining experience was delightful, especially that dish. I appreciated the variety they offered, including guacamole, salsas, and even aguas frescas. I would definitely use them again for a party.

Taquizas los Chuchys catered our wedding, and both the service and food was amazing!

This review is for a wedding that this company catered. I am giving them two stars, maybe two and a half because the food was excellent and really delicious, but the unnecessary stress that was caused the day of the wedding was ridiculous.The company had confirmed a few days before that they would be at the venue at 3pm. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, they were unresponsive. The coordinator and about 4 other people in the wedding party were calling the number we had furiously as well as emailing. Nothing. We gathered the family and 2 hours before the wedding had to come up with a plan B for food because we didn’t know if they were going to show up or not.The stress the bride, groom, and our families were put through was out of line, unprofessional, and a poorly done.Finally, after the ceremony, after pictures, just as we were leaving the venue to try and find food for 130 people, they called and said they were going to be there in 20 minutes, which was 30 minutes after they said they were going to be there without warning. They said something about their office being locked over the weekend and them not having access to the phone number they provided. I don’t really know the full story.Once they got to the venue, nothing was said. They did not acknowledge the issue or apologize for anything.At the end of the night, the brides father was taking care of the cost and they hurried him and were not respectful when he asked them to please come to the side of the wedding reception, instead of in the middle of the event to give them their cash. It was very rude.They also did not give the bride or groom any of the leftovers that they said they would have and that the couple specifically got containers for.Again, the food was great but everything else that happened was out of control. What kind of caterer doesn’t answer any calls the day of the event?I would not recommend for any event that is for a large group of people with high stakes. Maybe if you saw the taco truck around, definitely go grab some lunch, but that’s about it.
