The manager didn't seem to care when I decided to cancel my entire $50 order, saying there was nothing she could do about the prices. She even laughed and told me to have a good night. With such indifferent and uninformed staff, your business risks losing customers. There are two other pizza places in town, and honestly, the only reason I chose not to go to Roma (which has pizza that's a hundred times better than yours) was my craving for chicken carbonara. I was looking for a quick option since I was unexpectedly out with my mother and didn’t want to be seen in public. Nevertheless, I've learned my lesson. Thanks to the manager's attitude, you've likely lost at least two potential customers.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the inefficiency and unfriendliness of the staff. I encountered issues with their online ordering system, which failed to process my order. When I called the restaurant to place my order over the phone, I was quoted a total that was $18 higher than what I had seen online. I understand that in-store prices can differ from those online, but it was frustrating that their system was down and resulted in me being charged this additional amount.
