Mcdonald's - Church Hill

The food can be hit or miss here. However, if you request something like sweet and sour sauce, they seem unwilling to provide it.

I was working late and stopped by McDonald's for a quick meal since I forgot to pack my lunch. Unfortunately, my order was messed up not once, but twice. It was just a simple quarter-pounder with bacon and no dehydrated onions. The first time, they completely omitted the onions. The second time, they added way too many dehydrated onions when I had asked for none. I barely got a dozen on my burger! I wouldn’t recommend going here—save your time and money. If you drive a little further to Stone Drive, you’re more likely to get your order right.

If someone ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel and paid an additional $0.60 for it, this is the extra caramel I received. It's unacceptable! I won't be coming back. The service was terrible!

Wish i could post a pic of this Big Mac the whole box/sandwish has so MUCH lettuce and toppings on it u cant even see the meat or anything SMH what a mess and a waste... Food is good and hot. But Holy Hell on the toppings way to much... I asked for a big mac. Not a salad

They either dont listen or the rush so much 50% chance drive thru will mess your order up.
