Little Caesars Pizza - Cibolo

The system had malfunctioned, causing the order to take longer than the app indicated. However, the employee at the front did his best to manage the situation.

I've been getting my pizza from here for years! Every time I go the pizzas, the staff have always been professional and personal.. and the kitchen staff in the back are extremely efficient at their jobs even on busy days they still put fast quality pizza!

We were in TRY and order pizza to go home. We were completely ignored by the employees (no greeting, no we will not be NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT TO IN a moment!!! There were 1 other customers in the store and HE was ignored as well as (he was there to get a call in order. We were for about 10 minutes with NO recognition of ANY EMPLOYEES!!!! (You know we were there because a few employees came in sight, looked over our way, but STILL DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO US!!!! My friend and I went because we were tired to be ignored!!!!!!!

I genuinely don't understand why her overall rating is so low. The food is great, and the service is just as good. I've never had a negative experience here. However, I should mention that her pizza is quite thick, so if you're not a fan of thick pizza, you might want to consider that.

I always order in advance for pickup. Today, I placed my order at 6:47 Pm for pickup at 7:15 PM. My order was not ready until 7:26 PM!!! That?s absolutely unacceptable. Other customers were going in and out with their orders but mine wasn?t ready. I?m so disappointed with this location today! I never have an issue but today was the absolute worst!
