Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - Cibolo

I was resistant to even come here because I'm not big on deserts, I'd rather have more meat that sweet but I've been a few times and I'm always impressed by the options. I'm odd man out, I despise the taste of chocolate so most places with use it in some way or another, but this place has so many options I actually love it.

Most of the time I enjoy going here with my son though my last trip was irritating. My 4 year old wanted a mix of orange and sour patch, though when we pulled the middle lever only orange came out (only poured a small amount). We informed them that sour patch wasn't working and because of that we'd like vanilla only. A lady that I've never seen there before told me (with an attitude) that I'd usually have to pay for it but they'll let it slide this time. I think it's ridiculous because we wanted one thing and that's not what came out. That's like ordering steak and shrimp, only being given steak, then informed that you'll still have to pay for both. Simply put, just be wary about what you're getting, even if it's not something you wanted.

Such a disappointment coming to this location just to realize customer service is really lacking. The flavors are always the same, they don't change out often. If there is an issue, good luck. They just don't care here. My son's friend ordered a smoothie that he didn't like (it really did taste bad), their response was well too bad, you would have to buy a new one and all I can do is give you 15% off. Seriously, such indifference and carelessness over a smoothie dumbfounds me. Never coming to this location again.

Always a great place to enjoy frozen yogurt. Staff is friendly, its neat and clean. New addition is the acai bowl, you order at the register, made fresh and to order. Stop by if you are looking for an alternative to ice cream

We enjoy taking our little one here after school for a treat. It's usually quite and not too busy. There is usually only one employee who's busy with other duties so their customer services isn't the best but eating here is pretty self served.
