Írjon visszajelzéstAs soon as I walked it I was greeted by a cat waving at me. I love that thing. I was seated quickly and ordered sushi and rice. Shannon was absolutely fantastic. The tables had plenty of room for my mobility scooter, I am 550 pounds and it’s hard to be comfortable. I ate my meal which was very good then of course I had to use the restroom. I rode over there and of course my mobility scooter died as I was turning and I dumped the scooter and had to yell for help.
Just left and the food was amazing but our server Shannon was beyond slow and didn’t give our table ANY attention. We got lapped by two tables that got sat an hour after us! Was so disappointing because it made the good food experience a TERRIBLE time..
Amazing food, service was a little slow bit she was really nice.
Friends of ours recently introduced us to Sake Bomb and we’ve revisited the restaurant several times since because we enjoyed it so much. However, this past week I made reservations online through Google and nowhere did it indicate that reservation would be for the Hibachi. It was a very busy Saturday evening so the chances of getting a table promptly were slim. Two employees quickly found a way to make us a table which we were grateful for! But while we waited we noticed it was pretty cold in the building and after being seated our waitress informed us the heat had been broken for a week! It was 15 degrees outside and even though they had space heaters placed throughout the dining area, it was still unbearably cold and some of our friends had to leave their coats on to be comfortable. I wish we knew before we were seated that the heat wasn’t working as my friends and I may have made the decision to dine elsewhere. Next visit we will call our reservation in and make sure to ask if the temps are adequate.
This place was amazing, super surprised by everything. Highly recommend this place.
