Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

I just left this Chipotle and I have to say that the employees were fantastic! Both the restaurant and the restrooms were clean. The staff were the happiest, friendliest, and quickest Chipotle employees I've ever encountered! It was a refreshing experience!

I just visited this Chipotle, and I was greeted with a warm welcome from everyone—super friendly staff! The food was delicious and served hot. The owner or general manager was a fantastic guy who really knows how to provide great customer service. They've definitely earned my loyalty, especially since I work in the Forest Park area. Having experience in customer service, I appreciate how I should be treated. Chase helped me today, and I want to thank him for that!
