Írjon visszajelzéstWow! this place has the rude workers. they had a terrible attitude. go to chick Fil-A for huh made with ease. not this guy with hates. if they don't like their job, there are so many places that adjust. the hunch was dry from sitting under a heat lamp. everything I could hear when I had eaten my food was inappropriate talks and talk about blocking the load early (at 9:30 o'clock). we decided to stay until 10 o'clock so that others could get the wrong order of the side with dry huh.
Other than usual terrible wait times, I'm fairly certain the cashier copied my card info and tried to use it the next day. Walmart had pictures of her using her phone you pay but couldn't prove who it was.
Awful service multiple times. Today I went through the drive thru and they said they are only doing door dash orders because it 's just me in here , meaning it is just one person working and they are short-staffed so they are only doing online orders. So I pull around into the parking lot and place a door dash pickup order and proceed to the window to pick it up. I can clearly see there are at least 3 people working in the restaurant and they lied just so they could be lazy and not take orders. Occurrence like this happen to me very often, about half of the time that I visit this location. Other times they close up very early, opening later than posted hours, or say they are taking a break from orders at the moment. Pure laziness, managers needs to be completely replaced to fix this recurring issue. Once or twice I could understand issues with not taking orders as stuff happens. But when it 's a coinflip if I will be able to get my lunch from this location, it 's clear that the staff is just pure lazy and doesn 't have any drive.
Worse service I have ever received from any food establishment. They are joking and playing not taking orders. When I asked for the manager two different people tell me they are the manager ?Jessica and russle ? I assume both are lying. They refuse to give me a real name. Offer me free food witch I decline asking simply for the person who was being rides name and the real managers name. I simply leave. I will never go back to Popeyes unless these employees issues a apology.
THE Worst. It is 9:52 pm on a Saturday. I came to the Reading Road Popeyes Location after 20 minutes and multiple telephone calls went unanswered. I was attempting to place an online order; I had looked online to check the restaurant 's hours, which said the store closed at 10. Yes I was pushing it close to closing but to be honest, I was seriously craving some chicken and honey and at the time I began trying to place my order it was only 9:15pm. I created an account online to be able to get the 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and 2 biscuits for $8.99, online order and pick up only deal. Only once I got to checkout, it wouldn 't let me proceed. I called the store, repeatedly, no answer. I figured I 'd head down and maybe get some help and some chicken before the 10pm closing. When I got here at 9:45, the doors were locked and an employee of some level was sitting inside at a bar of sorts. I thought maybe only the drive through was open, even though the sign on the door stated that the restaurant as a whole was open until 11pm on Saturdays, an hour later than posted online. I asked, through glass, if I should go to the drive thru. She shook her head and shouted We 're closed! Confused, severely disappointed and still craving chicken and honey, I asked back what time exactly do they close so as to know for future chicken runs. She looked around, smiled and shouted back Now! to which I looked at my watch and replied At 9:52? She smiled, nodded yes and went back to typing into her phone. Life post Covid-19 closings and restrictions have left many businesses struggling, many of which are restaurants. And we are all still trying to find our way back to some normalcy in this new world of ours. That being said, I would think a place like Popeyes, even though part of a chain, would be doing everything they could to welcome back old patrons and gain the business of every new customer they could. The Reading location definitely lost my future patronage and discretionary dollars tonight.
