Mod Pizza - Cinco Ranch

Love this place! my pizza is always great! service is fantastic!

Great pizza place, great family-friendly but decent atmosphere, and great drinks. I would totally give this place 5 stars if I wasn’t a vegan. The vegan cheese is just not worth it. The crust, toppings, and sauce were all delicious, but the vegan “cheese” is some sort of cashew spread and just makes everything else taste more bland.

Just spent the last 5 minutes picking out olives from a pizza that was incorrectly made. I placed an online order and received a completely different pizza. There are missing ingredients like basil and ingredients that I did not even ask for like the olives. I want to be sympathetic as there might have been a rush etc. etc. but I’m so upset because I did not get what I ordered.

Too focused on to-go orders vs the person in front of them. Walked in at 7:13pm tonight and was 5 back. 2 girls and a family of 3 were ahead of us. Took 17min to get to the cash register to pay. Customers in line were continually bumped for online orders. Girl finally greeted us and started our pizza to the point of putting sauce on them, but then apologized that she needed to start and finish 2 online orders first and started those instead. We finally received our pizzas at 7:49pm.. started out 5 people back, but 38min later for a place that prides itself on brick oven fast pizza.

I came here Wednesday night and had a horrible experience and did not even get ANYTHING for my time wasted and patience. Spent almost an entire hour here on a to go order….Waited in line about 20 minutes before I could even order..not sure if they are understaffed or what. I ordered one mod pizza to go and waited patiently. After about another 20 minutes I noticed something was wrong. Other people after me were receiving their food….then an employee comes up to me and states that they somehow lost my pizza??? And that I had to reorder and wait again but it will only take a few more minutes (ya right). I was honestly fuming but so hungry I kept it together. They began remaking my pizza and i waited (really wasted) even more time. All I got from this horrible experience was a “ya sorry about that.” I feel like that was such poor management and customer service. As someone who is familiar with the hospitality and restaurant industry, this was so unprofessional.
