Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

I ordered a pizza yesterday and have been waiting for it, but it still hasn't been delivered. This is the third time this has happened and I paid a lot of money. What is going on?

Ordered online a couple days ago using my free pizza coupon. Added a number of other items to my order. 10 minutes later I got a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and the gal I talked to just said there were no drivers and hung up. A day later I noticed all my points for my free pizza were no longer there. I called the store and talked to Scott, the GM. He profusely apologized and gave me a credit for the points I had lost and said that he wanted to keep my business. Well, they will have my business going forward. It was a pleasurable outcome to an unfortunate situation. Will highly recommend this store any day. Thank you for taking the time to portray exemplary customer service.

I want to give these guys the benefit of the doubt because I once had a terrible manager at my own job, but I have to be honest. This restaurant is not worth visiting if you care about the quality of your food. They constantly mess up my orders, the app is a disaster, toppings are either missing or excessive, and overall, I can't rely on them to get my order right. It's disappointing for residents of Blaine who are looking for a good pizza place. I will never order from here again, as the manager had the audacity to blame me for expecting timely delivery, despite tipping and being patient with all their errors. Avoid this place at all costs.

It seems incredibly easy for Domino's to mess up a pizza. Despite my dissatisfaction with their mistake, the employee at the register had the audacity to tell me I am not welcome back at the store. It's hard to believe he will even still be there in two weeks. Overall, a disappointing experience and a letdown in terms of customer satisfaction.

It's usually okay to gross... Today... Tots with cheese looked like this... So I called them, he denied that could ever happen and hung on me. We are done trying to support these guys. They just became SPAM in my inbox.
