Dirty tables. Floor under one of the three indoor tables with an ice cream spill. Asked counter staff to have someone clean. She went inside a door and about five minutes later a young, short man arrives fully gloved, hatted, and masked to spray the tablesfor 15 seconds. Would not clean up the spill of ice cream on floor under table. The counter staff should have had help as shewas handling ice cream orders plus the register all by herself. She was very good.

I was too excited to try the Silk chocolate almond milk-based ice cream that I didn't notice if there were any other vegan options. Luckily, it did not disappoint! I added Oreos and almonds as mix-ins, and it was delicious!

The staff was friendly and our ice cream was made perfectly with our mix-ins. This Cold Stone location is conveniently situated between Bath and Body Works and Barnes & Noble. I would recommend it if you're craving some Cold Stone ice cream.

The ice cream at this restaurant is good. However, the customer service could be improved. I asked a simple question about their BOGO offer for birthdays and received attitude as if I should already know their policy. Despite this, the ice cream was refreshing on a hot summer day.
