Panchito Mexican - Citrus Heights

Food is ok, I tried enchiladas the sauce very reheated salsa bar is just two options to choose from, waited 15-20 minutes for my food which is ok, good as a second or third option if your favorite place is closed

We have been coming to Panchito for several years, usually after doing our weekend errands. This place is run by a husband wife along with a couple of part time employees. I have found the Panchito shrimp quesadilla to be a favorite, but I'll eat about anything on the menu. We recently picked up an 8oz container of their guacamole. A different taste than the many I have tried. I would order some of it to go just to have at home or bring to a gathering with chips or spread. Although it is a bit chunky. Try it out folks. I hope you all like it. The atmosphere isn't poor, it just small.

Super friendly service! Food is fresh and well made. I love the rice here! I am now getting extra with every order because we got the family taco platter last time we ordered and I ate all the rice! Slightly different carne asada flavor than I am traditionally used to, but we all really like it and this is our new favorite go to for mexican food. Giant wet carnitas burrito in photo, sorry it didn't have better lighting, the burrito didn't last long enough to try another shot! Also their tortillas are amazing too!

This is one of those hidden gems. A small place with big flavor! One of the best burritos I have had in a long time.

Wonderful owner, food, and a genuine exchange..what reallt matters to discerning guests. Look for that gorgous money plant when you get there!
