I thought I would love to support a local tea shop. I've been ordering on line for years and it's so nice to smell tea in person. Unfortunately, the owner took all of the joy out of the experience. She rushed me and was extremely rude. I disliked the experience so much that I didn't even enjoy the tea I bought.
