Írjon visszajelzéstI have heard a lot of positive reviews from Haidilao, so I was thrilled to eat here as a friend and I came in a Thursday night after a quick hike in the neighboring pub. We went straight in and sat outside for the terrace. They offer takeout. I like the aprons they offer and the service is top-notch. They offer hot pots and spits that are grilled directly in your view. The food was delicious, but it's expensive. The premise is that you can choose, but many broths you want, the original mala and pigs were solid choices) and can choose so many toppings you want. The angus short rib combo comes with your standard vegetables, but no Enoki mushrooms) and a small part of meat. Get some spam for your mala hot pot and some yam noodles! There was a sweet, juicy bread that you immersed in the Icing we ordered and I loved. The lamb spits were small, but tasty. They give you generous amounts of ingredients to create your own diving sauce. Unfortunately no dancing noodles because of Kovid. You accept credit cards and I didn't see any bathrooms available. Parking is easy as it is right in the Puente Hills Mall. People smoke, but at least you can sit outside. They serve alcohol. Overall a fun experience and I will go back with my family next time.
We finally tried Haidilao Hot Pot at Puente Hills Mall in the industrial city. The reservation was highly recommended due to the long line. At Haidilao everything was a la carte, so if you are hungry, this would not be ideal. The meat quality was not bad, but we definitely had better elsewhere. But if you appreciate service, oh my, really the best here. The only thing they didn't do was to cook for us, but everything else, they have covered us with drinks, napkins and more. Total experience was fantastic. We would go back if we had to impress our friends with dancing noodles.
We ended up bringing a huge party (30+ into the restaurant late at night, where most places would have turned us away. Instead, the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The meal was fantastic and I'm so thankful they were willing to serve us. Would recommend!
Only want to say that if the service of every restaurant could be raised to Haidilao’s standard, the world would probably be a better place. Ordered two instant boiled hot pots and one pound of garlic crawfish. The staff were very attentive and agreeable at the pickup and the food itself was undoubtedly outstanding. To begin with, everything was boilingly hot when it got to our hands no need to reheat and we happily enjoyed at a nearby park. From ingredient to seasoning, I absolutely loved every element to the equation of the instant pot (which came with white rice, garlic and addictive sesame sauce). And the crawfish was all that one could long for fresh in the way that the sweetness of the meat could be tasted. Hope the reopening will go smooth.
We loved the setup of this location and loved the experience! Great the use of technology, too! They use a tablet menu for ordering and leave it at your table. The food rolls out on a robotic cart and the staff puts it on your table. The soup base we ordered were pork veggies and gogi berries with light herbs) and spicy pork. We loved both. They come and top off the soup with regular broth and I feel it dilutes the original flavor. The MEAT was amazing. We had the wagyu and lamb combo. It was tasty and surprisingly filling. This is not AYCE and a bit on the higher price point. The dancing noodles look like a gimmick $4 for a small bowl), but the noodles are legitimate good and has a good QQ texture. The sauce bar was always clean and full! They do a great job with maintaining the supply. The sauce bar also has appetizers and desserts. The cold cut beef tripe in spicy oil was notably delicious; all the rest was decent at best. There can be a wait depending on when you go. But have no fear, the waiting area outside was fully stocked with snacks, drinks, and games.
