Ordered Easy Ice and was told that 's fine but there 's gonna be a gap, room empty at the top so that she Speak LOUD enough on their SERVICE, Definitely NOT starbucks SERVICE

Ordered No ice and no water and was told we don?t do that, if you want that, order different size so I?m clear on the message that this Starbucks gives.

Worst Starbucks ever! Service is already slow but the worst is the RUDE employees! Ordered a 12 shot espresso drink that?s $13 asked for a bit more half half for my drink and they said they need to charge me for a Latte to give me more half half. I?ve never heard of anything thing like this, absolutely outrageous. Never coming to this location again.

The wait at the drive-thru can be lengthy, but the customer service is consistently excellent. My PSF was prepared perfectly.
