McDonald's - City of Knox

McDonald's is our top spot for casual get-togethers with friends. We always order the Big Mac meal, which is satisfyingly filling. They also offer a great selection of McFlurry ice creams. I really enjoyed it!

Every time I have visited this restaurant, the service has been subpar. Finally, after months of dealing with this issue, I asked why. I was told that they only repair it in February, even though it is January now. Is it too expensive to repair? I don't want to continue patronizing a place that doesn't prioritize customer service. If they are not able to advertise widely and provide reliable service, perhaps it would be best for them to close and allow another business to take its place.

Everytime i have been there the soft serve is out of order !!! finally after months I cracked it and asked why??? It is january now and got told we wont fix it untill february??? It is too expensive to fix ???????? SHAME ON MACDONALDS !!! if you can't offer a big part of your product advertised australia wide, maybe close down and put another businiss in its place so we can at least get reliable service !!!!

I have visited this McDonald's multiple times and the food and service are consistently excellent.
