Burger King Leicester Square

Terrible place, we visited at 1130pm for takeaway and the upstairs toilets were closed, the downstairs disabled wc was locked I asked to use this and the 2 rude security guards said no, that’s illegal. No apology nothing. Not American service here!

After waiting for an hour for my family to get their Jollybee order I went a few door down to get a vegan burger at Burger King. I hadn’t eaten all day so it was 5pm and looking forward to something. I checked and double checked the vegan double bacon cheese sandwich for sauces, which I don’t like so I always customise my order at places like this. There was no option to remove sauces and none shown on the photo so assumed it didn’t come with any. To my surprise when I finally sat at Leister Square I realised it had ketchup in it, which I can’t eat. So paid £12 for fries and a drink basically, I was too exhausted by this point to return and start an argument. Burger King everywhere is always such a let down for different reasons, don’t know why I keep giving them chances. Never have a good experience for one reason or another

Even when typing this review I feel sick to the stomach. Last night I ordered some food around 1 in the morning while waiting to collect my order I was watching the kitchen staff and was disgusted to see that none of them handling food were wearing gloves. Then one of the guys touched his face then wiped his hand on his trousers. Totally wrong and does not meet hygiene standards vile place and not for for purpose. Rude staff and yes I agree disgusting surroundings do yourself a favour go to somewhere else instead.

Terrible staff especially the manager Very rude We had a key for the disabled toilet and his attitude towards us using it was absolutely awfull Avoid the place at all costs
