The seafood at this restaurant is fantastic! The mussels starter, herring special, grilled salmon with peas and broccoli, and bream scallops special were all outstanding. The atmosphere is great as well. Make sure to come right after the show ends because the kitchen closes at 10:30.
Seafood plated for 2 not disappoint. a delicious seafood tabletop for two was the plan for a late Sunday afternoon and hole fyne was not disappointed. we chose the plate with lobster, but lobster requires a lot of up and it was really not necessary, given the fine and great selection of other seafood on the plate. the oysters were the outstanding product and I would make sure next time they were part of my order. a word of warning: the Whirebait-Starter was huge and unnecessary, as all the plate offered. I would avoid a starter and decide for a dessert if he is still hungry. a new Zealand marlborough riesling was the perfect companion: cold, clean and crispy service was good...read more
Food is in order and there is no question about the quality of seafood, but I believe it fell in the execution at this time. I recommend the mush, very tasty. although the haggis and skallops were very disappointing. the whole baked lobster was boiled, chewing and gumy. if it were a bit undercooked, it would have been perfect. the spaghetti lobster was tasty enough, but thought he could have had more lobsters. it is used only half a small lobster, even if a whole is shown above. while it was tasty, it wasn't great. service is friendly, but it is hard to get their attention. the ambiente is beautiful and seems to be families, big groups...read more

When my family and I visited in a large group, we were seated at the back of the restaurant. The service was friendly, although it was a bit challenging to get the staff's attention. My friend and her dad enjoyed the fresh mussels in a delicious white wine sauce. Two others in our group ordered the Lobster Bisque and said it was also very tasty. Most of us opted for fish and seafood dishes for our mains. One thing we appreciated was the ability to choose how we wanted our fish prepared, whether steamed, grilled, or pan-fried...
