Andy's Deli - City of New York

This place charges premium price for every item. I work at Citarella and go to them often but recently every time I order they miss something or give me a whole different order.

Went for heros (subs) and in my opinion you are rolling the dice here, we visited twice in the same weekend. It’s like they take your order and make you a random sandwich. The gentleman would take my order, repeat it back.. and I still got something different every time. Not saying it was bad just not even close to what we ordered.

Before the USELESS son took over Andy's was a reliable consistent neighborhood source of good reasonably priced food those who live here could count on. But now the bully moron who runs the place can't be bothered to get off his cell phone long enough to properly train workers, then he blames the workers. This results in substandard, inconsistent food product. Tomorrow morning I am planning to return a rubber chicken **** fest that was served to me. It is inedible, The chicken is like overcooked cardboard, the dressing is sour and the lettuce is brown. My husband I spend HUNDREDS of a week at Andy's, NO MORE We will never spend another dime at this horrible place

Be aware that they changed, different people are operating, prices shot up, service is different, stay away

When I'm in the mood for an Italian sub this is my go-to spot! Never disappoints! I always order the hero (largest size) so I make 2 meals out of it.
