Cheese Grille - City of New York

So i really wanted a grilled cheese and let me tell u the menu looks great ! n the pics too but … I JUST ORDERED A GRILLED CHEESE AND IT SUCKED respectfully .. 20 bucks for a small soup and a grilled cheese that look like a mini sandwich that wasnt even grilled properly .. also it was take out and the grilled cheese wasnt in a container just in one of those boat paper plates like wth . but anywho my waiter was great ! super nice guy at the bar .

When I saw the restaurant in the mall I didn't know what to expect but the buffalo Mac and cheese was great and then the nachos were amazing.The fries were also nice and crispy.Definitely will come back again !

BEWARE. this place gave me food poisoning. I had to go to the hospital because of how bad it was. Please never come here. It was terrible. I had their Mac and cheese bites and have been sick ever since. It tasted terrible. I regret coming here.

You’re doing yourself a great disservice if you walk down the street muttering: “This place looks cool!” without stopping in to try. I’m talking about the best grilled cheese you’ll get in this hemisphere and quite possibly the world for unbeatable prices and an atmosphere that is seldom found anywhere else. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Go. Thank me later.

Went in with some friends last night. First friend ordered and payed smoothly, but as soon as I went up next to order, the person at the register walked off to the back for a while. When he finally came back out, instead of tending to the register, he goes up to another guy that just showed up next to me, which seemed like a friends of his. He hands him a bottle of Casa Amigos and talks to him for a while. When he finally turns to me, i barely get out “Can I get a-“ before his friend interrupts me to ask for food, which the worker immediately gives him. At this point it becomes obvious to my group that the worker is drunk. He finally takes my order.My group and i wait outside, at one point someone in my group goes in to buy a quick soda and he proceeds to harass her and catcall her as she purchases her drink. When our food is finally out he puts it all in one bag even though we payed separate. I ask which sandwich is which, he says he doesn’t know and we can figure it out.The sandwiches themselves where subpar and overpriced. Do not go here. Staff is rude, unprofessional and also gross towards women.
