A MUST HAVE!! My daily lunch spot, which is quite popular, yet the crew/staff at this location always moves their lines expeditiously, greets you with a smile and will accommodate substitutions when needed. The manager Angie and cashier, Sally are so pleasant and always wishes you a great day upon departure. I am a Chicken Tinga, minus the chicken (substitute with jalapeños) and one scoop of warm grains versus the standard three. The staff chuckles and already knows my order before I say it. I?ve eaten at several Chopts, yet this is my favorite!!

I payed $78.00 for 4 saladas, it is too expensive!!! The rice was overcooked and they never chopped my salad. I choose grilled chicken and she gave me fried chicken. I prefer other salads stores.

I ordered a Chopt salad for lunch pick-up through the app, to get some vegetables in after some heavy holiday feasting. This Chopt location is so crowded during peak lunch hours on weekdays and is very poorly organized. They have shelves at the front for pick-up that are not used. Instead, there are two registers for check-out if you get your salad made using the line) and pick-up. When you give your order number, they look through their shelves to see if your salad is ready. If it isn't, sometimes they print off your ticket number to get it made right away, sometimes they bring it to the back kitchen, I'm honestly not sure how they determine what to do. For my first attempt, the employee didn't see my salad on the shelves, although the app told me it was ready. Ten minutes later, I went to the other employee who did see it on a bottom shelf, so it must have been overlooked the first time. I saw two customers leave because their pick-up orders weren't ready after waiting for awhile, and they said to just cancel them. There is no consistent process, and it is more of a mob than a line of people. In regards to food, I love their warm Harvest bowl, which has the perfect salty/sweet flavor profile with warm grains, lemon herb dressing, chicken, brussel sprouts, sweet potato, kale and pumpkin seeds. It is a little pricey $14), but generous portion sizes and much more filling than some competitors like Sweetgreen. If it were for the food only, I would give it 4 stars, but deducting a star for the experience.

Great service and Chopt’s Classic Cobb Salad is one of the most delicious salad I’ve ever eaten.
