This is the best spot for boozy brunches. It's right across from McCarren Park and they have unlimited mimosas/**** mary's/bellinis for $12.95 for up to 5 hours!! Also, they have a large menu selection with everything from pizza to the standard breakfast foods. All of the staff is helpful and extremely nice.

Situated just a few blocks from McCarren Park, Cu 29 is an excellent choice for brunch, particularly for larger groups. I visited for a birthday brunch with around 20 guests, and we all had a fantastic time. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the charming back patio added to the experience. Plus, they offer unlimited mimosas for just $13 until 4:30! I can’t wait to come back!

The service was courteous, though somewhat slow—perhaps the owners are aiming for a relaxed South American or southern European vibe? Regardless, the food was quite delightful. There are a good variety of vegetarian options for a restaurant focusing on Latin American and Italian cuisine. I tried the quinoa, which was fantastic, and the Portobello ravioli, which was also quite tasty.

Great atmosphere and delicious pizza! If they added more hookah options, they'd definitely earn that fifth star.
