Always a wait on the line due to the cashier taking an order then disappearing for 2min... Customer service could be better. Store always seems to be short staffed and the workers that are there work at a slow pace.

I don't typically review much but felt the need. First time in this location today and after a wait left. A FedEx professional steps in front of me casually in which I let him know I was waiting. Before my calm exchange, the cashier and what appeared tobe a manager said nothing to this customer and kept servicing him instead of stop. The cashier smiled at FedEx and talked tohim. I said my peace to him peacefully and left. I then went to the Dunkin near the high school across the way and was treatedwith respect and customer service. I will not give my money to this Dunkin location.

The service was quite slow. My order was incorrect; they attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, it was still wrong.

The staff at this restaurant are consistently rude, often found on their phones or chatting about customers in the corner. The food is rarely served hot, and they often don’t have items available from the menu. Additionally, there are numerous flies around the donuts, and the counters are always dirty. Overall, the quality of this establishment is quite poor and disappointing. They really should consider shutting it down due to the lack of service and the unavailability of products. When I ask to speak to a manager, I'm told that finding one either in the store or on the phone is a matter of "good luck."

I'm a huge fan of DUNKIN, and from what I understand, their signature lattes come with whipped cream by default. I've always mentioned my preference for whipped cream because I was told it's included, but today I didn't say anything, and they didn't add it. When I brought it up, the employee had the audacity to tell me I wasn't charged for it. I pointed out that it's supposed to come with whipped cream, and he just stood there in silence. They really need better training!
