The service is dreadful. They don't understand what you say. They sell you what they want, the attention is terrible.

Please please get people who know how to spell and read English I asked for plain vanilla syrup in my coffee NOT vanilla swirl I can't have milk and she put vanilla swirl they don't understand anything there at all.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' Donuts to exist! They have a rate of 7-8 minutes to attend each customer , I come in here with 2 people on the line and have waited up to 10 minutes to be next ! Not even to order , if coffee takes that long to get I can just brew coffee at home ! Always low staffed and it's like everybody is brand new ! It's the only coffee shop in the neighborhood and people jump off the line constantly and go spend a dollar on deli coffee instead , please sell this establishment to a place serious about serving coffee , because this side of America is not running on Dunkin ! Give us a Starbucks!

Besides being in a small space add being slow as well. They are so rude, do not know anything about customer service! Always is a miserable mood.
