The restaurant offers a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere with comfortable seating. The food is delicious and the service is excellent!

My first time here, service was amazing! 10/10. Food quality was even better! My first time having guatita and it was great. We also had the bistec ensabollado, and the mar y tierra plate. All were so tasty. The environment felt very homey. Will definitely be coming back here with family and friends.

Everything was great except for the shrimp ceviche, which tasted more like ketchup than anything else, overpowering the dish's flavor. They could definitely improve that dish. Overall, the food was good.

I really love Dunkin', but my recent experience wasn't great. The person taking my order seemed a bit distracted. I requested everything mini bagels but received plain ones instead. I also asked for sugar in my iced coffee, but it ended up with no sugar at all. I was quite disappointed.

Food was ok but not all the dishes were available. Customer service was not the best.
