Pasteur Grill Noodles

Just awesome, glad that I tried to get to this restaurant. It reminds me so much about Saigon, where I came from. They offer you real original taste of Saigon 's food, and since I came to U.S, this is the best-real street Vietnamese milk-coffee, 'Cà Phê Nâu Đá vĩa hè ', I had here.

First time trying Vietnamese food. I had the fragrant beef stew. It was very flavorful. However I did not care for the meat in it. I'm not sure what type it was but it had lots of tendons. It was very tender though.

This was among the best pho we've ever had! Veggies were all fresh and crisp. Broth was tasty and not too salty like many places. Would love to try some of their other dishes!

Best pho in China town. However, this is just my first time and the broth can be tricky depending on what part of the batch cycle you get. I ordered the pork chops too but it was too sweet and fatty. Yelp says I get a soda with my meal but management said it was not available for lunch. The place is the nice looking of any guernseys Vietnamese restaurant around here. Dark panels, large mirrors....

Food amazing. Friendly atmosphere. No frills but clean and quaint. Service is like u are getting fed from the Vietnamese elders that u need to respect
