In Southern Brazil, from where we come from, we’re used to good pierogies, but tonight was the best! The staff and owners we’re very accommodating since we walked in without reservation. Clean and nice decor in the restaurant. Very enjoyable night!
Fantastic perogies and Polish specialties. Very reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. A local favorite.
You may be apprehensive to believe this as an unbiased review because as you know my pores and brain are filled with aerosolized love potion. My eyes are big throbbing hearts today, I’ve got terminal cardiomegaly and the lab said my oxytocin is elevated. Glitter metaphorically everywhere. Hallucinating floral scents. Giving the flute player on the corner all my cash. Writing our names with a wet finger in dust on an empty storefront. This spot was recommended somewhere in a long romantic early evening phone call during which the streetlights flickered on, because he is convinced I’m from Poland. After the buckwheat stuffed cabbage with mushroom gravy, I feel he is correct. Is there an English word for falling in love for the first time? If not, there should be
Fantastic Polish food that's as authentic as can be. Served on traditional Boleslawiec dishes, which is a nice touch. I recommend the kielbasa with pirogi. And don't forget to try one of the flavored vodkas, as they would do in Poland. Can't wait to come back and try the other pierogis.
100 star review! Jacob and staff are so welcoming and hospitable. The food is unbelievable and so is the cozy atmosphere. We had a group of 10 for dinner and they took amazing care of us. They made our evening so special. You must go!
