The gentleman at the register who took our order was incredibly kind! He was polite and extremely efficient. The barbecue chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious, and the corn fritters were awesome as well! I would highly recommend Chicken Joe's!

I visited the Troy, NY location for the first time around noon and had a great experience. The counter service was quick and friendly, and they even brought my food out when it was ready, which was still nice and hot. I ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich (crispy) and a side of crispy French fries, both of which were outstanding. The quality of the chicken was nearly on par with the high standards of Chick-fil-A. My friend tried the mashed potato cones, which are basically deep-fried balls of mashed potatoes, and after tasting one, I know I'll be getting those from now on—they were amazing. The restaurant was clean, although the dining area could use a bit of an update. Overall, if I could give a rating of 4.5 stars, I definitely would!

The food was very tasty, and the chicken had a fresh, non-processed flavor that was delightful. It is a bit on the pricey side, and my order wasn’t ready when I expected it, but they offered to bring it to my car once it was finished. Overall, it was a good experience.

Literally one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. 10/10 food, 10/10 service. Impossible to visit the area without stopping by here

Wow, this place is amazing! We ordered delivery for our first time with them and the food was amazing. Everything we ate, I’d highly recommend. The “Heaven” sandwich was disgustingly good. Bangin Bites were so small, it was perfect for me because I actually struggle with the texture of chicken! The churro was surprisingly delicious as its from a chicken restaurant The potato cones, Mac and cheese bites and corn bites were delicious but I’m sure they’re not made on site.
