A great cafe. No complains about any of the food I got. The Quiche, Soup, and crepe were all divine. The crepe especially was fantastic, I got the bananna foster, which is bannanas caramelized in butter with brown sugar and rum, and filled with their scone cream sauce. It was delicious. Highly reccomend.

Aside from having a variety of great teas, the food here is delicious. You can even get a three-course meal for one low price. The interior of the restaurant is quite nice. We've also had good experiences with the servers. If you're visiting Troy, this is a good place to check out. If you live in Troy, hopefully you've already checked it out!

Delectable lunch options. The turkey with brie, avocado and more is amazing...2 thumbs up! Tea is their thing, so Chai or blend or simple breakfast they've got you covered. Refreshing and tasty. Lastly, try the berry scones...I promise it will be one of the best at least of the best we've tried! Special thanks to our server, AJ, for the superb recommendations. A must try!

This restaurant is our biggest go to in Troy downtown. Need a place to get away during the farmer’s market or a place to people watch while you eat? This is that place. Need a hot cup of soup on a cold winter evening? Come here. Want speciality French press brewed coffee for a very low price? You’ll definitely find that here. Not only is the food absolutely delicious and made with the same quality every time, their coffees and teas are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend any of the salads, sandwiches, or crepes. If you’re looking for a more fancy experience you can get the tower pairing with multiple options for each tier (worth it! . Overall the service provided is fast and the food sometimes comes out even before you get your drinks! The only thing I would say would help improve the experience is if every table that was served was provided with water and refills by default feels sometimes like you have to explicitly ask for water or more water. The interior is comfy and if you’re lucky to sit in room with the natural light you’ll even get some people watching in! There is a back dining area which feels and looks a bit disconnected from the rest of the establishment, which I wish they would remodel to make it feel homier. Bathrooms feel a bit dated and I wish they’d re do the signs to make it acceptable for any person to use any of the two bathrooms available.

Horrible customer service. I specifically requested guacamole on my sandwich, and it was not provided. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I was home. I contacted the restaurant and the employee became argumentative and combative with me. She argued that since I did not pay for the guacamole, that it didn 't matter whether or not it was on the sandwich or included. She scoffed at me when I requested a refund for the sandwich, which we did not eat. She offered to provide a side of guacamole for me, if I were to come back to the restaurant, and STILL pay for the guacamole (because apparently my time is worthless, and the sandwich would have been cold at that point anyways. . I told her thanks, but it wasn 't worth the half hour round trip. What a joke. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, I WAS ATTEMPTING TO SUB OUT AN ITEM ON MY SANDWICH, AND APPARENTLY THEY STILL WANTED ME TO PAY MORE! Thanks for the sandwich of cheese and roasted red peppers. We were so thrilled when we threw it in the trash can. Horrible, horrible customer service. We will never go back there even if they gave away free food. On top of all this, we paid $12 each for sandwiches that are the size of a lunchables meal at best. UPDATE Ironically enough, we realized that the boxes are labeled as satisfaction guaranteed ... Did anyone inform the employees of this? I demand a refund on my meal otherwise we will never return.
