Good food, extensive menu. Not cheap but not expensive. Right for the price. Recommended. Picture is from a dessert from the sushi menu.

Spacious open plan dining area with the bar at the back center. The service was excellent with the food arrivit quickly and the servers attentive. Even so it doesn't feel rushed and you can still sit and eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The sushi and fish of the day were extremely fresh and delicious with on-point presentation. It's not often food looks like the pictures on the menu or better. With such a wide selection of food on, you're bound to find something. There's even something for the kids. This collection of drinks is also impressive even the non-alcoholic ones.

Food was alright , but the biggest issue was the portion sizes. Compared to the U.S, and even other spots in town, Fusion will serve you nigiri half the size of what it should be. The salmon rolls we ordered were made up of 10% salmon and 70% cucumber. So to me, the prices did not seem fair for their sushi menu. After we all ate , we were all still hungry and had to order more food. Thankfully , the food from the other menu was good and well portioned.

Visited twice in February with friends and had a tremendous time each visit. We all agreed food was top drawer and most reasonable prices. Menu is very extensive but they seem to handle it well. Our dinner including a bottle of wine was $43.00 including tax and tip. What is not to like!
