Maddogs Grill - Clanton

Had dinner here tonight, everything was great. We wanted Dessert and the SWEETEST Lady made our shakes for us. She was so happy, peppy and sweet!!!! I didn't get her name, but I'm sure I'll remember her!

Stopped here after going to a nearby pumpkin patch thinking there wasn't going to be any good food around. This place, however, was quite a surprise! It's by no means the best, but the food was hot and tasty and the servers are super nice. They were out of diet coke when I went, but i doubt that's a regular occurrence. They also had the whole place decorated for Halloween which was a cute touch. I really enjoyed it and would recommend eating here if you're nearby!

I gotta admit, I didn't expect a whole lot. Maddogs is in a shopping center, and the windows are blacked out. It's in a town of 8,000. I expected some good standard southern food.Excellent host. Excellent, attentive server. Pork was tender and whatever they are doing to keep it fresh after the smoker, they should keep doing it. I think they must heat it fresh in the pan every time, which is a very high standard.Anyway, hot burger was good, pork was excellent. Staff was excellent. My wife didn't crinkle her nose once.

I had the cheeseburger fries (awesome gravy! , my wife had your chili and coleslaw dog. Both were delicious. Too full to eat dessert, so brought blueberry cheesecake home. I GOT ONE BITE!!! My wife, who doesn 't like sweets ate the whole thing.Food: 5/5

They have some of the best food around town. The prices are great and the serving sizes are large. The best part is the staff. They're so sweet and if something is messed up they fix it immediately. Also 9 times out of 10 the food looks even better than the pictures
