Little Caesars Pizza - Claremont

I used to be okay or do that. Now crust is so dry tasteless and the pizza was so greasy that we throw it away after every piece.

Since I walked in, my experience has been marred by poor customer service. The woman taking my order got it wrong, and when I came back for assistance, she was unhelpful. They were chatting amongst themselves and didn’t wear gloves while handling the food. Another customer was prioritized before me, and I had to call her over just to get my order, rather than her checking to see if I needed help. I was very dissatisfied! Additionally, I didn’t like how one of my pizzas turned out, and I had even paid extra for it. The overall customer service was lacking. The only employee who tried to make amends was the guy who made the pizza, but he shouldn’t have had to apologize. If they’re unhappy with their job, they should reconsider their position; they ought to appreciate having a job, as it’s customers that keep the business running. With employees like these, I wouldn't want to return.

My girlfriend and I frequently order from here for a budget-friendly and easy date night. We really love the pizza and the great deals they offer! Our orders are always spot on, and we have no complaints at all. Thank you for consistently delivering such amazing pizza!
