Taco Bell - Claremore

I was quite disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The tortillas were hard, and they forgot to include my sauce. It felt like they weren't really invested in preparing my food properly.

The staff is consistently friendly and their efficiency ensures quick delivery. The food is good—though not exceptional—it's always satisfying. The temperature of the meals is just right, and I haven’t encountered any issues with the spiciness; it's just pleasantly warm, unlike some places that serve overly spicy Mexican food. It’s a decent spot for a quick lunch. The app does make it easier to place orders, as well as make changes and substitutions, but it can experience delays in processing, which sometimes affects delivery times. Overall, I’d give it a solid B.
