They ran out of Caymus, but the alternatives were amazing too.

My opinion is simply that the food is not good enough to justify the price. The place is nice and the service was good but nothing outstanding. For a $130 meal (food only) I should have been blown away by taste and yet here I am the next day and I have already forgotten the meal. I won’t be going back anytime soon but hey give it a shot, maybe you will like it better.

One the top restaurants in Beaufort. The menu selections are surprisingly diverse. Everything is expertly prepared. Clearly, Saltus has an excellent kitchen team lead by a top-notch chef.
