This is the only DQ where I do not find worthless vanilla soft serve on the bottom of my chocolate extreme blizzard. Great.

Oh my goodness!!! We got my husband a birthday cake and let me just say that Reyna Garrett is the best cake maker it?s perfect and delicious!! Also we won?t go to anyone else for cakes !!!! Thank you!!!!

Fries were cold. Red head dude at the drive thru made us repeat our order 3 times because he thought we wanted 4 pieces of sauce instead of a 4 piece with sauce. Had to go back in to actually get our sauce because he didn 't give it to us or any sauce at all and the girl who came to the register refused Zesty Queso because I can only have it with a pretzel even though I 've gotten Zesty Queso every time I 've been to any Dairy Queen and at more than one location maybe that 's a brand new rule but I doubt it. I was just visiting so I 'm glad I don 't live near this DQ because it 's not even slightly decent.

Truly the best breakfast biscuits around, they?re always quick even if they?re busy.

So, I called to speak with the manager, although I had trouble getting her name. The woman on the phone, who I suspect was the same red-haired employee, claimed to be the manager and was also rude. I recounted what happened, and when I inquired about lids for the Blizzards, she told me it wasn’t her policy to provide lids and that customers need to ask for them. I had already taken care of that on my own, but when I brought up my order issue again, she wanted to resolve it, but I felt completely unheard and frustrated.
