I was honestly confused and disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. I ordered a 12-inch sub with chicken, but requested chicken on only one half. This was not because I wanted two sandwiches, but rather because I planned to save half for the next day with a different protein intake plan. When I inquired about my total at checkout, the cashier informed me that I was being charged for two 6-inch sandwiches - one with chicken and one "Veggie Delight". Despite explaining that I only wanted one sandwich with less chicken, I was met with frustration from the staff. They eventually charged me for one chicken 12-inch sub and walked away while speaking in Spanish about me. I asked for a receipt, which was tossed at me, and I left without further comment. I understand if they were having a bad day, but there was no need for rudeness or hostility towards a customer. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue at this Subway. I want to warn everyone about a recent experience I had at this restaurant with my mom. We ordered two foot long sandwiches toasted, but when we got home, we found a large piece of glass wrapped inside one of the sandwiches. We immediately returned to the store to inform them and cancel the order. However, the older lady at the front counter denied any responsibility and became defensive. She refused to acknowledge the issue and started making the sandwiches again without addressing our concerns. We decided not to take the remade sandwiches due to safety concerns. The lack of concern and dismissive attitude from the staff left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. We left with a canceled order receipt but felt unsettled by the incident. Finding glass in a food item is dangerous and should be taken seriously. We were disappointed by the lack of response from the staff and no longer feel comfortable eating at this restaurant. I advise others to be cautious when ordering from this establishment and thoroughly check their food for foreign objects. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. The restaurant should be open by now, it's already 8:10. Based on previous reviews, it looks like I should avoid this location.
