Chipotle Mexican Grill - Clarksville

I stopped here twice in a week on a road, Clarksville was half the point where I would sleep for the night, and this place didn't let me down! Even during dinner, the team rushed to make sure that the guests were warmly welcomed, they did not “run” the ingredients, and the decor was neat. My half steak chicken dish was prepared for my pleasure and it tasted delicious and fresh. Definitely what my body needed after I drive 1300 miles a day! Keep the great work Chipotle Clarksville Crew!

Went on 11/17. Opened 4 min late while employees were enjoying their lunch inside. They lost 2 customers who left due to late opening. Person who opened the door just unlocked but did not open the door for an elderly lady waiting first in line. In my opinion, part of customer service to open the door and welcome your first guests in. Queso looked like it was from 2 days ago. Everyone in front of me passed on it as well as fresh queso was going to take 5 more minutes. The two behind the counter were extremely friendly, manager and rest of staff seemed bothered by customers. Usually a much better experience

By far the worst chipotle we have been to. The last two times we have been there we walked out while in line. Today they had the same person making orders and checking out. They also had food just cooking on the grill but no one there to cook it so it was just burning. Terrible management.

This was my first time at a Chipotle. All of the outside lights were off, so at first we thought it was closed. The serving counter was messy and some of the food looked dry. There was no one else in line, but the server slopped the toppings on without letting the juice drain like they were in a rush. The cashier asked if I wanted a drink, but didn't ask my husband. She totalled our order in a hurry, and put everything in a to go bag. It was only 7:30. We decided to take it home. I was not impressed. In fact, I had a hard time eating it, because of the lack of care of the workers. I have no desire to go back.

Went to the chipotle near Wilma Rudolph yesterday (10-02-2022) and had a not so great experience. We are finally feeling better enough to write this review. One of our meals was mostly sour cream and the other barely had any meat, lettuce, or cheese. That last one was mainly salsa. The person that made our meals was kind of rude and scoffed at us. She then cleaned the glass right by the food and it looked like she sprayed the food with a cleaning solution. We have been in and out of the bathroom for 15 hours and still do not feel 100%. May the odds be ever in your favor if you eat here.
