These people need customer training they get to dam comfortable treating people the way they feel instead of what the job require. Don't want to work stay at home.

Placed an online order with an error in it. I called and asked to fix the error that was no change in charge, but was told they wouldn't do that until we arrived to get the order. Upon arrival I was told it would be 20 minute wait to get the dark meat 8 piece box instead of the mixed box. No one mentioned that on the phone and ruined my lunch break even though I called. Calling coorporate I'm sick of this place taking my money. Got the order home and it was missing biscuits and all the sauces were smashed in the bottom of the bag, food super cold even though we took the food as give and there was hair in it!!! How can IT GET ANY WORSE?!? Called to talk to a manager and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I had to hive up. Won't be back, EVER.

I’ve never seen 1 person ruin a dining experience more than the named Star, she was rude, not only to me but several customers. She was just the only one standing around not taking orders. I waited for almost 10 min before finally the drive through lady had to come take my order. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and worked really hard.

The wait for our food was way to long for popcorn chicken. And they are not hot and didn't have actual popcorn chicken was crumbs. The portion of my 3 orders of popcorn chicken was very small and French fries box was not even full. When I went in the guy cashier was walking around so slow with no care in the world that he had people to wait on. One lady said she was waiting 15 minutes to get her food. Then another customer asked for butter and honey. He slowly walked over with butter only. When she asked for honey he said I didn't hear you. But didn't go get it for her. This location need to step up. Very unsatisfied with this location. I would not recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else. You do not get what you paid for.

Absolutely terrible. Literally got half a bowl of Mac and cheese with 3 itty bitty pieces of chicken?? That’s awful. Not to mention the place was disgusting inside. This place needs help.
