Írjon visszajelzéstI’ve watched this place come together, and I have to say, the layout is fantastic. The atmosphere is inviting, and there’s a great sense of diversity here.
I completely agree with this assessment. My wife and I have been living here for a while, and we've encountered several real estate managers during that time. Overall, they have been very effective property managers. However, I can't help but wonder why there hasn't been an opportunity for someone like Danial to become a real estate manager. She has been exceptionally supportive, and the service she provided to us has been nothing short of excellent. Given her contributions, it’s puzzling to me what more she needs to do to be considered for the position of real estate manager. I'm not sure how many people are aware of her significant role here. Her efforts are beneficial for the Darley Green community and deserve to be recognized and celebrated. Danial's contributions to Darley Green should be acknowledged and rewarded.
To clarify, I want to focus on the facts while adding my opinion. I would like them, as well as others, to evaluate whether the issues cited were normal wear and tear or actual damage, as they have alleged. We provided a $1,560 deposit upon moving in and resided there for two years, until August 30, 2021. In September, we received a refund of $118.54 from The Reserve at Darley Green, which means we were charged a staggering $1,441.46 upon moving out. Here are some details regarding the charges: 1. **Excessive Organic Stains on the Carpet**: They conducted a blacklight check which revealed areas with visible stains. However, I believe we kept the carpet in excellent condition, as demonstrated by the first two pictures provided. My partner mentioned to the leasing office that it seems unreasonable to charge for stains that are only visible under blacklight since the carpet appeared fine in regular daylight. After some discussion, the leasing office agreed to remove the carpet charge. 2. **Replacement of Cabinet Doors Due to Water Damage**: This charge was quoted at $770. I personally believe this falls under normal wear and tear, and the two pictures I’ve included (the third set) show the condition they used to justify the damage claim. I leave it up to others to decide whether this constitutes wear or damage. 3. **Replacement of the Freezer Door Due to Scratches**: They charged us $185.08 for scratches on the freezer door. Again, I feel these minor scratches are typical wear and tear, and I have included pictures (5th and 6th) for reference. In summary, I want to emphasize my neutral opinion about the overall experience while encouraging others to evaluate the evidence and draw their own conclusions about the charges we faced.
Team in leasing office is extremely rude, especially alexandria, which is the manager. wrong advertising to pay them for an apartment they don't get.
Love this place. The location is well-kept and extremely convenient for shopping, travel, schooling, dining out, etc. The recreation room, fitness center, and pool are great amenities to be enjoyed by all. But what's reallygreat is the office and maintenance staff. I have lived here over 3 years and my concerns have always been addressed in a quick, proficient, and amicable manner.
