Dominic's Trattoria, Clayton

We traveled to St. Louis to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and my husband discovered Dominic's while searching for local restaurants online. Our meals were outstanding, especially my Veal Fontina, which was so tender I could cut it effortlessly with my fork—absolutely superb! Our server, Erma, contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. I'm not sure if she's related to the owners, but her charming Italian accent and warm personality made us feel like we were part of her family. If you enjoy Italian cuisine, we highly recommend Dominic's.

Dominic's is our favorite restaurant. We appreciate every aspect of the place: the parking attendant, the food, the staff, the ambiance, and the wine selection. You can order anything you like and you will never be disappointed. If you try the lamb and pair it with a glass of wine, you'll definitely want to come back. Additionally, Jonathan is one of the best waiters I've ever had. Thumbs up for another great reason to dine at Dominic's in Clayton!

I visited during Clayton Restaurant Week, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The service, food, and atmosphere were all exceptional.

We all enjoyed the different dishes that we ordered. The servers were excellent at explaining items on menu and the service was prompt. We especially like Dominic's Trattoria because it's quiet enough to have a conversation and relax around a table with friends and good food.

Everything was prepared to perfection. The carpaccio was fantastic as well as the cannelloni. The service was very good along with the timing, preparation and presnetation of each course. I will definitely go back to Dominic's in Clayton.
