Swiftwater Cellars - CLE ELUM

Swiftwater cellars is a great place for wine tasting and food in suncadia! Staff are so nice and friendly. The restaurant is also dog friendly. Wine and food are decent. This is also the cutest wedding venue! We looked at booking it for our wedding but it didn't work out. Love coming here!

Service was good, food was average for what they charge. $36 fettuccine come on, that's insanity for noodles. Drinks were good but again expect $20 for $1 worth of booze.

As soon as we walked in, we fell in love! The staff, the service, the food, and everything else were on point. Let's not discuss the view because it was the best. It is one of my favorite places to dine and grab some wine. We sat by the fire pit; it was lovely to get pure air while dining! Love the outdoor vibe!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I visited on my birthday and had made reservations in advance. Fortunately, they welcome dogs inside and even provide water for them, which my dogs really enjoyed. The space is beautiful—thoughtfully decorated with lots of natural light and a stunning view, it feels like you're in the living room of a wealthy friend. I ordered a wine flight and appreciated that they served all the wines at once, along with a card detailing the flavors of each. The wine was quite good; there were a few varieties I loved and a couple that weren't really to my taste, but that's pretty typical for a tasting! The inviting atmosphere and the delicious red blend will definitely bring me back!

I absolutely love Stillwater Winery! Everything from the ambiance, the service, the drinks, and the food is to die for! The service was great, our needs were always met. Our waiter was really knowledgeable especially on what drinks to pair with dinner. I got an old fashioned and it tasted good. I loved the balanced mix of flavors. For my meal I got the ribeye and I have to say, it was so dang good I forgot to take a picture of the meal (I had to borrow a picture from someone in my party). It was cooked perfectly, and was so juicy. It is a lot and would recommend getting a side dish since it's just the ribeye. For my side I got the truffle mac and cheese and asparagus. I would highly recommend the ribeye and the truffle mac and cheese. I always look forward to my visit to Stillwater Winery. I would highly recommend this restaurant and winery to anyone! I can't wait until my next visit!
