I visited Stovehouse to celebrate an anniversary while staying at Suncadia, and I have to say, Dalton was absolutely outstanding. He kindly offered us wine samples and provided thoughtful recommendations to accompany the dishes we were interested in for dinner. His knowledge of the menu was impressive; he not only described each dish but also explained the preparation involved in creating them. We savored the wagyu burnt ends, steak frites, crispy skin steelhead, and a celebratory carrot cake. Every dish was remarkable, but the burnt ends were the standout favorite. To top it all off, Dalton presented us with a handwritten card signed by all the staff, which was a lovely personal touch.

I love coming here time to time to ease off and enjoy the vibes. The food is great and they do a great spin on basics such as fish chips and chicken waffles. Last time I was hear I believe I had elk.
