Marina Cantina - Clearwater Beach

I live nearby and often pass by this restaurant, so I decided to stop for dinner on a Friday night. While the views were impressive, the food and service left much to be desired. I can’t speak to their drink options since I only ordered a beer. The menu was quite limited and didn’t have any genuine Mexican dishes. I tried the BBQ chicken tacos, but they were very disappointing. The chips tasted like strange ramen noodles, and the salsa seemed to be straight out of a can. I won't be ordering food from here again; I'd much prefer to go to Pan Filo’s down the street.

The salsa was excellent, and I believe that's one of the highlights of the restaurant. However, I'm not a fan of their chips. The food was decent, and the service was quick, although the wait time was quite long. The margaritas were enjoyable while we waited. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and there's plenty of seating available. Parking is also convenient on-site.

Good food, service and ambience many vegan / vegetarian options We ate here twice, once for lunch before our Captain Memo Pirate cruise and once for dinner after the pirate cruise. Lunch was not as good as dinner, the food was a little bland for lunch, but the dinner was really good. They had marked a lot of veggie options on their menu. The service was great and the view cannot be beaten. They have views of the boats and the marina. It has a nice mood. For dinner we ate their Quesadillas, iron pan Maisbrot (both were exceptional! . For lunch we ate their chili relleno, white sweet potatoes, crispy cauliflower and corn street. Everything was good, except the cauliflower that was not well cooked, but they were ready to take it out of the bill. I'd definitely go back.

This place was cool! GREAT service, cool ambience, would like to have enjoyed the outdoor area, but it was too cold, and the food was good!! The street tacos were delicious like the beans and rice! Delicious Margs to finish it and it is a great victory!

Nice restaurant. The Margarita flight was okay, but not bad. Don't think it was worth $22. Apart from that, service and our entrees were great. Good views of the marina and near the beach.
