Backwaters on Sand Key - Clearwater

Love Colombia so much! All locations are nice, but really love them. Food is amazing and location / ambience can not beat! Desserts are to die, and drinks are so well made! Perfect lunch or date spot.

A fantastic evening. From the staff you welcome to the waitress (Cindy your an all star) to the bus team. Every thing was top notch. If you sit outside the view is amazing. Besides the Marriott and several beech stores. The food was also delicious. A rather decent choice of wine and alcohol. They offer a variety of Spanish and Cuban cuisine. Eating took a little long to get out, but it was worth it. The deserts are all made fresh in the premises. If you sit outside on the terrace or the veranda, the tables do not have tablecloths. Interiors are a little more imagination. But my party prefers the view outside. Definitely the next time I'm in Sand Key. Bravo Columbia!

Love the atmosphere of Colombia! Friendly staff and delicious Spanish food. It is very covered, so plan to relax and not usually an hour and half a meal. 1905 Salad freshly served at the table. Spanish bean soup is delicious to get the bowl, not the cup!

Amazing food, great dinner companion, beautiful scenery. Our server was pleasant, but slow. We asked for refills on our soda and did not receive them after we finished our meal. He refilled our water glasses several times. These are the little things? We had a very nice view of the water. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional.

Restaurant has a semi-elegant Spanish theme. There is indoor search as well as waterfront patio seating. It was just way too hot to sit on the patio. We were seated outside but asked for indoor seating due to the heat. Our server greeted us right away and took our drink order. We ordered the Caesar salad entree which was shared by two of us. Calamari which the five us shared. The Calamari was lightly battered and had the right amount of salt. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, Paella, Father's day filet mignon special, Rice and beans, and kid's steak meal. The food was okay. The desserts are what stole the show. The white chocolate bread pudding and creme dessert both had great flavors without being overly sweet.
