Okeefe's Tavern - Clearwater

I've never had a bad meal here. Service is AMAZING, no matter the server/bartender. They also have all day/all week happy hour. Cant go wrong with the Mulligan Stew (my absolute fav), Corn beef and Cabbage, meatloaf, or the Shepards pie. I always love sitting outside, and they have a great covered and non covered section. Well my review is a bit narrow because I’ve been there 5 times and got the fish and chips every time. I love fish and chips but never get it because it’s always greasy. This is not. It’s cooked perfectly and is not oily at all. They also use haddock instead of cod so it has a great flavor. It’s especially good with some malt vinegar on top. The steak fries are fat and delicious. The staff is great and the place is clean. It has a very cool pub feel, some say it’s outdated but I think it’s just old school.

Food was terrible. Burger was dripping with grease. Shepherds pie was dry. Too much cheese on top. Waitress didn't offer 2 for one special on beer. Heard her when she came to table near us.

Service and the food were fantastic!!!! Shrimp Tacos are out of this world.

I went with my friends and we enjoyed the great atmosphere. I will definitely go back, however I would appreciate if they could improve the costumer service as it could have been better.
