Schlotzsky's - Cleburne

Veggie Avacado Smokecheesey sandwich is on the online menu for the Cleburne TX location. Called in a pick up order, told they don't have that sandwich. Online menus are just as important as in store menus, should keep it current. Ordered somewhere else.

Waited until they brought me my food to tell me that they were out of beef

Ordered 2 sandwiches a soup and cinnamon roll got home and did not have the cinnamon roll. I called the store and advised I was just there and didn’t get the cinnamon roll and was told come back with the receipt to get it at a later date. I threw the receipt in the trash can at the store and didn’t have it any longer and was told sorry can’t do anything for you…. I’m sure the cinnamon roll was still in the microwave… I ordered a number 8 cheesy beef sandwich and when I bit into it the roast beef was so tough and cold I could not bite through it and all of the meat came out of the sandwich with the bite.. this will be the last time I ever eat at this establishment again. Poor service and poor quality food.

What is this? A turkey sandwich with 1 slice of turkey? Ridiculous.

I spent $25 on 2 sandwiches. One of them was a French dip. I got no dip. I called back. Ask the only option is me to drive all the way back over there to get a dip. When they should give me a free sandwich? Since they messed up my order and I spent $25. Instead, the lady just hung up on me. Terrible service.
